The prices are established each year by the property management company overseeing rentals in our building and are based upon a minimum seven day rental for groups of up to five guests. Every effort is made to ensure that the rental rates remain competitive with other weekly rental condominium facilities in the
Clearwater-St.Petersburg area. Rentals exceeding seven days, but less than two or more full weeks, will be based on a pro-rated daily fee and will be subject to availability. The above-noted prices are exclusive of applicable state taxes, and a cleaning fee. A deposit of 25% is required to book the condo. The balance of the payment is due two months prior to arrival.
Please note that the condominium corporation bylaws do not permit smoking or pets in the building.
